      The stainless steel thin-walled equal-section angular contact bearing has the following specifications: inner diameter: 635mm, outer diameter: 654.05mm, height: 9.525mm, radial runout can reach 0.005mm, axial runout can reach 0.006mm, and the paired protrusion deviation is less than ±0.002, which can replace imported bearings. Due to the large processing size, thin wall thickness, poor bearing rigidity and high precision requirements of this product, it is difficult to control the dimensional accuracy and shape and position accuracy during the processing. After several months of research and development by the scientific research team, the processing difficulties were overcome and the product finally met the process standards.
