In order to continuously improve the professional testing skills of the employees of the Quality Assurance Department and ensure product quality and corporate competitiveness, our Quality Assurance Department has actively responded to the company's call and organized and carried out several employee skills training courses since November 5. This training invited many outstanding employees within the department to serve as lecturers, including Director He, who has rich experience in turning and grinding processing inspection, Master Jiao, who has superb heat treatment metallographic technology, Engineer Chen, who has solid precision thin-wall inspection capabilities, Master Zhai, who has strong practical ability in metrology inspection, and Engineer Liang, who is meticulous in super-large product inspection. With their profound professional knowledge and rich practical experience, they brought a wonderful knowledge feast to the participating employees of the Quality Assurance Department and the Technical Department.

During this training, the training covered a wide range of topics, from turning, heating, and grinding to rolling bearings, large-scale bearing testing, and special measuring tools, as well as instrument operation and maintenance. The training was comprehensive and in-depth. The lecturers used a simple and easy-to-understand teaching method to transform complex theoretical knowledge into easy-to-understand practical cases, so that the staff of the Quality Assurance Department could further systematically learn and master the key inspection points of each inspection position. At the same time, the lecturers also combined their daily work experience to share their skills and experience in solving problems encountered in their daily work, so as to help employees better deal with various problems that may be encountered in their work.
After the training, the participating employees said that they benefited a lot, and had in-depth communication and discussion with the master on specific problems encountered in their work. This face-to-face communication not only solved the confusion encountered by employees in actual operation, but also stimulated everyone's enthusiasm and motivation for skill improvement.

In order to consolidate the training results and further improve the practical operation ability of employees, the Quality Assurance Department carried out on-site practical training on December 19, and continued to provide employees with more learning and training opportunities. Through this series of training activities, the overall skill level of the inspectors of the Quality Assurance Department will be further improved, thereby injecting stronger impetus into the development of the enterprise.
